Collett’s Mountain Holidays operates walking holidays in some of Europe’s most spectacular destinations. Established in 1997, Collett’s prides itself in providing excellent experiences to its customers – starting at the very first point of contact.

Monthly marketing services include:

The story so far

I have been supporting Collett’s since November 2023 with a wide range of content marketing and design services, including email content writing, social media management and SEO optimisation. Together, we’ve elevated the brand presence of Collett’s across multiple channels, driven more leads via the website and grown our email list significantly. We’ve also implemented a set of automated email campaigns to continuously engage Collett’s customers beyond the point of booking as well as to encourage reviews and repeat bookings.

To improve Collett’s discoverability and drive lead-generation, I also produce weekly SEO-optimised blog articles, targeting specific keywords related to their audience and destinations. Over the past year, this has led to 51% more search terms ranking on page 1, which in turn increased organic web traffic by 32%.

Additionally, I support Collett’s with a variety of graphic design and web design services, including the design of their guest Walk Packs and handbooks (both print). This multi-touch approach allows us to create the best guest experience possible!
